Beauty
Elf Hypershine gloss in Blossom
Elf Luscious Liquid Lipstick in Cherry Tart
Since it is currently winter in the Southern Hemisphere, I have been leaning towards darker lips. Cherry Tart is a beautiful dark berry shade that have been wearing a lot this month as an everyday wear lip. Although this is a liquid lipstick I would say it is more of a pigmented lip-gloss. Elf has just recently hit Australian stores so you can find these products in K-mart. (Sorry that there is no picture).
Essie Nail polish in Lovie Dovie
This nail polish is an absolute winner in my books. I am a huge fan of pink nail polishes to start with and this particular polish is just so sweet and cute. There is something about it that just makes it want to look at it all day long.
Food
Frosted Chocotasic Poptarts
Poptarts have recently come to Australia so when I saw them at my local Coles I had to swoop in a grab a box. I think that the concept is intriguing seeing that we have nothing like this is Australia. If you don't know, Poptarts are flavoured pastries that heat up in your toaster. Overall I enjoyed these a lot. The chocolate filling isn't as good as Australian chocolate but when everything is combined, it tastes amazing!
Song: Thinking out Loud by Ed Sheeran
I am not a massive fan of Ed Sheeran's newest album but from it, this is my favourite song. I am a hopeless romantic at heart, and this song is super duper romantic. I love the lyrics and also the melody is so sweet and relaxing.
Film: The Railway Man
This film is based on a true story about a man who was tortured in a WWII Japanese labour camp, leaving him traumatised by his past. I really enjoyed this film. Colin Firth played the part as Eric Lomax incredibly well, conveying such emotion to the screen. Although I have not read the book, I feel like this film did not over exaggerate the truth behind the story.
